Lunch break now… going to NIE with 2 other people in MOE for some ‘coding’ lecture… cos I am suppose to do the ‘coding’ for their surveys. Haha… don’t know how I am suppose to do it since I am leaving tomorrow. I think I have to come back to MOE after my holiday for one week to finish up my work… which I don’t really feel like it no matter how much I like to work in MOE cos I am tired.

My father received a call from JetStar Asia. They told him that our flight on Saturday has been cancelled due to operational problems. I guess this is what you get from a budget airline. I mean… they have FOUR days to fix that ‘operational problem’ before the flight day comes… but it seems that four days is not enough. I am amused yet irritated. Amused cos never in so many years of travelling have I heard of a plane, flight schedule or whatever else having operational problems that cannot be fixed in four days. Imagine what would happen if they discovered a problem on the day itself? They would need FOUR days to fix the problem and by that time… we have another flight coming from Phuket to Singapore and we cannot even take that flight cos we are still in Singapore! Irritated cos I did look forward to going to Phuket on Saturday. Oh well… at this time… I suppose we should count our blessings and be grateful that I can even go at all… but going on Monday.
