NUS vs NTU

I got into the NTU science (education) course which means all my school fees will be paid and I get an allowance every year. I got rejected for the MOE teaching award which I expected anyway which means if I go to NUS, my school fees won't be paid.

If I go to NTU, I don't need to do an extra year in NIE as the teaching syllabus will be incorporated into my curriculum. If I go to NUS, it means I have to do an extra year in NIE.

But I still want to go to NUS. I hate the reason behind me wanting to go to NUS. Its because I have a warm and happy feeling when I think of NUS, NTU feels like some kind of stranger to me.
