Taxi drivers and purple nail polish

Yesterday,

I had no classes.

But i had to go to NTU just to hand in an essay.

Being the lazy me,

I decided on a compromise.

I shall take taxi there and come back by the MRT.

Surprisingly, the taxi fare wasn't as expensive I thought,

it was $21.40 from Bedok to NTU.

I expected it to be above $30.

and so I met a very chatty taxi driver,

who told me his life story and lots of random stuff.

I told him I didn't know what I want to do with my life.

Or maybe, secretly, I do.

Just that I don't have the means to the particular end that I want.

Then, on an impulse,

I decided to go for a manicure

Just suddenly thought that I wanted to do that at least once in my life

and so I have purple nail polish on my fingers now. =)
