In the past.. I really loved Star Wars( and still do). Used to go to the library and borrow the whole series of Stars Was which was about the adventures of Qui Gon Jinn and Obi-wan. Copied down all their wise sayings of Star Wars into a little book which I still keep cos I thought they really made a lot of sense...

One reads.... ' Always listen to doubt. Even in times of great haste, take time to listen to it. Then trust it.'

Another reads... let your fear enter you. Do not battle it. There is no shame in it. your feelings are your strength. Experience them and let them go as you proceed to your goal. There are lessons to be learned even from fear and anger. Face those lessons and move on with calm and justice.

Yet another reads... Time passes and it teaches, Qui- Gon had told him. You are fourteen. You have much to see and experience. Do not hurry the knowledge you seek. It takes its own time.

Perhaps... the author who wrote all these was just crapping. But when I read them... I feel that it really makes a lot of sense and feel some inner peace.
