"We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are."

The above quote came from the 'quote of the day' bit from the right side of my blog.

How true it rings, especially for me.

Though the truth always surfaces in the end, no matter how long it takes. And when that happens, it hits me hard. and i wonder why i fail to see such a pure, simple truth.

I don't wish to see things through rose-coloured glasses nor imagine things worse then they are, I just want to see them as they are.

The mind sees things as we are, the heart sees things as they are. And so even if my mind doesn't understand the stuff i do presently, i follow the heart. As everything will fall into place and make sense in the end.
