Oh my...

my stand was too close to me, so i prodded it with my toe while playing my violin, to shift it to a better position.

To my horror, it fell down with a resounding plonk that seemed to resonate throughout the entire building. I quickly tried to set it upright. To my horror once again, it fell down a second time, bringing down my scores, pens and all.

By then, alot of curious onlookers had gathered, not cos of our angelic music, but by the noise I've made. At this point of time, the whole thing seemed so funny to me that I couldn't help giggling helplessly to myself. And all this while, the three other people in the quartet went on with a solemn face, to finish the music we had started playing.
