Carolling

If any of you wondered why i have virtually 'dissappeared from the face of the earth' these past few weeks, its cos I have been busy with carolling. It was exhaustingly fun! I carolled 16 times in all. People who went for all the carolling sessions carolled 21 times in all.

There was this toddler who watched our conductor conducting with interest and started waving his hands wildly around in an attempt to imitate the conductor. It make those of us who saw him want to laugh which would have been terribly unprofessional.

There was this little baby girl who saw people clapping whenever we finished a song and clapped too, an action which seemed to delight her parents to no end so much so that they stayed throughout the entire carolling session just to see her clap at the end of every song rather than to hear us sing.

Same songs sung during each carolling session yet a different experience each time which never made it boring even if we had to sing over and over again so many times.

I don't think I can join choir anymore next semester as practices clashes with orchestra rehearsals. But thanks choir for the memories. Its nice to celebrate christmas this way with all of you.
