Completely freaked out by lab

Assessment for my cm3291 lab:

Lab report- 40%
Practical test- 30%
Quiz- 15%
Viva- 15%

Lab reports are usually enough to kill me. Now, there are 2 additional components which are even worse. I regret saying that lab was terrible enough in year 2 cos its even more terrible now.

I just remembered that I have forgotton to sign up for my tutorials on CORs. So I am kinda tutorial-less now.

What is manual tutorial registration and how do I go about it?
