Today... I was looking for something when I came across this bag... ths bag which i have almost forgotton about.... this bag where I store all my memories in tangible form.... where every object kind of represented different stages of my life and which I so loved and treasured.
1. A box which contained 4 of my teeth. I didn't believe in the tooth fairy. But still... I used to put my teeth under my pillow... to no avail.
2. My "Magic Land Fan Club' membership card which allowed me to ride on the merry-go-round when I was young. I still like to ride on it now. *grins*
3. My friend's baby photo with her parents.
4. This badge given to students in primary school because I showed tremendous progress at the end of the year.
5. A photo of me and my friends at our Beijing trip in primary 6. It was really fun!!!
6. 3 one dollar notes which I have kept for 7 yrs and still have not used. In primary school... I found one dollar notes very fascinating and still do.
7.My old 'Yamaha music school' card. Now.... this one gives me nightmares as I had to go for ballet lessons. Love them at the begining... after a few years... I found that being inflexible means that u cannot take ballet.
8. A card that my friend wrote just saying 3 words 'God bless u'. Sometimes.... not many words are needed to express your feelings.
9. A heart-shaped locket that my parents bought for me in New Zealand. I love it because it could open up and store something on both sides. I wanted to cut out a picture of my parent's heads and put them into the locket. But their heads were to big to fit into the locket. Thus... I put 2 stickers of a boy fairy representing my father and a girl fairy representing my mother. I think this is my most treasured possession in this bag.
10. My psl badge, swimming badge for completing the advanced course, national education gold badge that I got for completing this quiz in primary school, my young 'meterologist, enviromentalist and zoologist' badge- I was crazy about those 'young scientist' cards in primary school. Haha.
11. This coin that is specially minted in the year of the rabbit and that has a picture of 'Peter Rabbit' that my parents gave me for my birthday.
12. This watch with a keychain attached to it- My parents got it for me when I said that I wanted u know.... those old fashioned watched that the rabbit in 'Alice in wonderland' has .
There are somemore things... but they are pretty much less insignificant. Gave me a warm feeling when I recall what happened last time.
