Here's a few photos that my mother took in Australia.

This was where we stayed in melbourne. It was pretty fun except that it was so far away from civilisation. The concept of this resort is that it is placed in a natural setting. Actually... it was too natural for me. Due to the fact that it was set in a 'natural setting'... many creepy crawlies creeped into our cottage/house (dunno what its called) The blue color car beside it was our rented car.

There were advantages though....
there were a few wild kangaroos around and a few possums.

Isn't it cute? It was contemplating whether it should come to me for some bread. When it finally came... I just stood there staring at it. After a while... I got bored. Thus... I decided to say' 'boo' to it to see its reaction.

It got scared... and proceeded to climb up the tree as u can see WITH MY BREAD. It sat there watching me with its beady eyes while steadily gobbling up my bread. Stupid possum.

This were the famous "12 apostles" of Melbourne. Basically.... these were created by chemically weathering and physical weathering of the coast. (Geographers.... what comes to mind?) *grins*

Many apostles have been destroyed by weathering and more are being created.

We went to sydney... my sister and I manage to persuade our parents to let us watch a show in the sydney opera house. The price of the tickets was almost.... exorbitant. We watched this erm... ballet in the 21st century. I didn' really enjoy it cos its like music in the 21st century. So abstract, so terrible and not nice at all. Sometimes... I think that people composed so called atonal music and such cos they have nothing else to compose and they want to create a new genre of music. But well.... I guess it was just for the experience.

This is a picture of 'David'. My father claims he is not the real david. Because he erm.... is not entirely naked. Haha.

My father christened this statue 'Daisy' as she was just standing next to 'David'.

The following are some photos that we took at movieworld in Gold Coast. I felt quite sian because my parents felt sian. They sit one ride already then tell me and my sister... got headache already... we sit here and wait for you. Sigh.... they pay so much just to sit there most of the time. It was ok.... they seem happy and contented to wait for us. It was fun on the whole.

Koala bear photos we took at a wildlife park...

Arn't they cute!!!!

I was so happy when I got to hold one Koala bear. They are the laziest animals I ever saw. The ultimate bums of the century.

This is their daily rountine...
1) 20 hours of bedtime
2) 3 hours of being greedy (lunchtime)
3) 1 hour of vanity (grooming themselves with their paws)

They not only are lazy.... they LOOK lazy... with the sleepiest eyes I ever saw. They do everything in slow motion.
