Chinese new year

I went to shop for cny clothes on monday with Raymond. In the end, he bought clothes while I didn't buy any clothes. Haha.. I seriously am very amazed with what girls wear these days, even if I am supposedly a girl too. Clothes these days do not resemble clothes at all. Rather, they look like some form of abstract art. Maybe I will grow up one day and like all those really weird clothes too. But for now, I am happy just being a T-shirt and jeans girl.

Met up with Kitlu and Terence for a cny dinner yesterday. We wore red and ate steamboat. This is fun, we should try to do this every year! Haha... No matter what they both say, I did enjoy our short run together from marina south back to the mrt station. It was a crazy thing to do and probably looked very stupid, but that was the best part of the night for me.

Going back to Malaysia with my family for cny. I have to change my language settings in my brain from English to Chinese and Cantonese for the next 3 days since most of my relatives do not really know how to speak English. I love going back to Ipoh, because its one place that will never ever change. Thats a very comforting thought, in a world that changes too much, too fast for my liking.
