I signed up for reforestation sessions to plant seedlings at Kent Ridge Forest/Nature reserve this Saturday. Don't you all laugh. It has been one of my dream jobs, to plant things and watch them grow and take care of plants. Sadly, I don't ever think I will be a gardener, like one of those Blangadesh workers you see working in the nurseries and for Nparks. Cos the pay is simply too low. I really don't think I can survive on a pay of 21 dollars per day.

Some people tell me I must be the only one stupid enough to sign for this. But the response to this session has been so overwhelming that they had to reject some people. Looking forward to this Saturday.
